I'm Jéssica Cohen — Transformational Life Mentor, Coach, and Founder of GOE Within.
My Story
For over a decade, I have worked in the mental health field supporting children, caregivers, and families through complex emotional and relational challenges. Across every setting, one truth remained clear: people are doing the best they can with what they know.
Many came seeking support for their children, yet continued to encounter the same cycles. Not because they lacked effort but because lasting change does not begin with the child. It begins with the adult.
Over time, I recognized a consistent pattern: intelligent, capable, and outwardly successful individuals were still internally disconnected from their identity, values, and deeper sense of purpose.
They were not broken.
They were misaligned.
True transformation occurs when adults GOE Within when they become intentional with their attention, aligned in their actions, and willing to face themselves with transparency. As they transform, their children, family, and community follows because this is where legacy is shaped.
Adults are not just caregivers, they are legacy leaders and cycle breakers. That's why I love doing what I do because I see the capacity, the potential, and the level of transformation that becomes possible when we journey together.
Through mentoring, guidance, and community spaces, I support high-capacity leaders in returning to their core identity so they can live and lead with intention, integrity, and legacy.
